We are a grassroots, non-profit collective dedicated to promoting mental health and reducing suicides.
KnowResolve exists to raise awareness about suicide and to advocate for mental health. Our goal is to inspire, and to let people know that hope is possible again – no matter where or what we come from.
This website is not just about suicide prevention. It’s about learning how to find the light inside again. We hope to explore the concepts and theories that will help us discover peace, balance and happiness in our lives by building strong, meaningful relationships; finding our passions and purpose; and striving to achieve goals towards that purpose.

History: I was 14 years old when I lost my father to suicide and our last words were in anger. I blamed myself for my Dad’s death and struggled with depression and my own thoughts of suicide for many years. It was a song that I wrote for my father that was my turning point towards recovery and the inspiration for founding KnowResolve in the spring of 2007. – Dennis Liegghio, Founder
